Carlsbad Mark. Non-profit organization. Carlsbad, California was the name of our team at the “Relay for Life” event organized by the American Cancer Society. As I read name, the word "bad" came to my attention. It was not appropriate for the cause; consequently, I created the logo to encourage the "good" aspects of cancer screening and prevention.
Carlsbad secondary mark. It was used for the collateral materials. Each bubble illustrated a topic discussed at the event.
Carlsbad booth. A modular design of colorful blocks created the structure of the 16 feet tall booth. The concept was to emphasize the positive role of the event to celebrate life and prevent cancer.
Carlsbad t-shirt. Each participant received a t-shirt as a prize for visiting. You could also purchase additional t-shirts and donate to the cause
Here's the solution.
